To ensure that we can accommodate everyone, we have implemented the following policies: No 1. 24 Hour Notice: We require at least 24 hr notice for any cancellations or rescheduling of appointments. This allows us to offer the appointment slot to another client. 2. Late Cancellations: If you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment, a fee of 50% of the service cost will be charged. 3. No-Shows: If you do not show up for your appointment and do not provide any notice, you will be charged 50% of the scheduled service. 4. Non refundable deposits. All deposits are non refundable.
